Grahame and Lisa created Bunz stall in 2015. Originally, they wanted to provide customers with the absolute best quality products at an affordable price. They wanted to create a brand that appealed to all generations, a brand that customers would want to come back to. Grahame said: “We want people to say ‘Have you been to Bunz, isn’t the bread amazing, aren’t the pasties the best you’ve ever had?”.
One of the main challenges for Bunz was the shape of the stall as it was an empty space to start with, Grahame and Lisa wanted customers to be able to see everything on the stall, so creating the right layout was essential. They also wanted to find a product that was consistent in quality and taste.
Choosing Carrs Pasties was easy for Bunz stall, Grahame said: “It’s the best, I love Carrs Pasties, I like the branding too. It wasn’t just the quality of the products it was the way Carrs Pasties responded to our approach, they were helpful, respectful and professional.” Bunz bakes off frozen unbaked pasties everyday which ensures customers are always getting a fresh product, made just the way Carrs Pasties do.
The Carrs Pasties point of sale items make a great difference to Bunz stall, allowing customers to see what products are available. Grahame said “It generates conversation, and if they don’t know about Carrs Pasties they ask us about it. We welcome being asked questions about the signs, because it allows us to talk about it and show off about the products.”
